All contents on this site are protected by copyright. No portion of this service may be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without prior written permission from OCT and/or its affiliates.
These OCT warranties and support terms and conditions put forward the terms representing the procurement of Support Services by OCT to its customers. If it’s not too much trouble read the accompanying terms and conditions painstakingly. They contain vital data about your privilege and commitments, and in addition limitations and exclusion that apply to the services.
- Warranty Duration: All products carry standard 1 Year Warranty from the Vendor itself if else advised otherwise.
- Invoice: To claim your warranty please brings your Original Purchase Invoice. We would need a copy of the same. We cannot verify your purchase date without that.
- Warranty Card: Please bring your Original OCT Warranty Card. We would need a copy of the same. We cannot verify your warranty end date without that.
- Indemnity: We require you to sign Indemnity document against any loss of Hardware, Software or Data. We are not responsible any damage of your Hardware, Software & Data has or is found to have. Please make sure to backup and erase your data before you hand over your notebook.
- Inspection: If we cannot resolve your problem immediately then we will have to keep your device to inspect in detail and do necessary repairs.
- Limited Liability: Your device is faulty and we take it for warranty and repairs based on your feedback. Our liability is limited in terms of the product and its condition plus its specifications as what is installed on the device.
- Warranty Method: If your device is under warranty period, we will replace the faulty part or repair it. You will have your device back in working condition.
- Quote: If your device is out of warranty period or faulty item is not covered under warranty then we will give you a quote for repairs or replacement. Once you sign and approve the quote we will make the necessary repairs.
- Mode of Payment: We are happy to serve you our best but with all apologies we only take Cash.
- Door to Door: If your device is under Door to Door Warranty support program then we require you to sign an In-Transit Indemnity paper where we have no responsibility for any damage or for the specs which are installed in your device.
- How Soon – Carry In or Door to Door
- If you bring your product to our Warranty Center then we can take 1 working day to 1 month to get your device ready and working. This very much depends on the replacement item coming from the vendor (Eg. Dell)
- If Door to Door then we can take 1 working day to 6 weeks to get your device ready and working. This very much depends on the replacement item coming from the vendor (Eg. Dell)

- Water Damage
- Physical Damage
- Electrical Damage
- High Voltage Damage
- Electrical Surge Damage
- Damage due to improper wall fittings and extension wire sets / PDUS / Surge Protectors
